How it works

From the fitting room to the manufacturer.

Five steps between the customer saying yes and the cloth being cut. MTMPRO makes each one quicker, and checks the order before it leaves your shop.

Touch-first forms

Made for a tablet in the fitting room.

Large targets you can hit with a thumb, a keypad with fraction keys down to the eighth, and Auto Advance, which opens the next field as soon as you choose. The order keeps pace with the conversation, and your eyes stay on the customer.

Measurement entry · Neck typed on the keypad, then Next
New, Reorder, Replicate

Start fresh, reorder, or copy a garment you have made before.

Add a garment from scratch, or Reorder one from the customer's history: the style comes across, and their latest measurements come with it.

Replicate(on the Premier and Scale plans) starts from another customer's garment, for the friend who wants one just like it, and fills in the new customer's own measurements.

Templates and shortcuts

Your house styles, one tap away.

Save a style template for each style you sell most and lock the fields that must not change, so a house cut is ordered the same way every time. Garment Shortcuts put a manufacturer, a garment and its template on one tile: tap it, and the garment is on the order, already styled.

Your own order forms

Order forms that ask what each manufacturer needs.

Build each manufacturer's forms in the form builder: your fields and sections, in your order. Form Logic shows a field only when an answer calls for it. Item Logic(on the Premier and Scale plans) greys out an option that cannot go with another, such as a pen pocket on an unconstructed jacket.

Trimming libraries keep your buttons, linings and threads with their codes and pictures, shared across a manufacturer's forms.

Check and Submit

Checked before it goes, and sent the way each manufacturer wants it.

Every garment carries a Style and a Measure chip, and a red alert points to the required field still missing. Then Check and Submit sends the order to each manufacturer its own way: by email with a PDF that carries photos of the customer, the fabric and the style, by email with an Excel sheet (without photos), or into the MTMPRO manufacturer portal for the manufacturers who work in it.

Also in orders

Everything else an order needs.

Separates from a suit, photos from the tablet, fittings asked for the way each manufacturer offers them, and a team that can see who is working on which order.

  • Split separates

Duplicate a 2 Piece Suit as the jacket or the trousers on their own, in the same fabric or a different one: the odd jacket, or the second pair of trousers.

  • Photos from the tablet

Take the customer's photos with the tablet's camera. MTMPRO finds the face and makes the profile picture, and the photos print on the order PDF.

  • Image galleries

Show options as pictures rather than a list, small, medium, large or full size, so the customer can point at the button they want.

  • Fitting requests

Ask each manufacturer for the fitting it offers, a try-on, a basted or a rag fitting, and the request shows on the garment.

  • Update All Garments

Update every garment on an order at once, rather than one card at a time.

  • Pinned orders and live presence

Pin the orders you are working on to keep them a click away. Open one a teammate is already in, and MTMPRO shows you that they are editing it.

Questions

Orders, answered.

Is MTMPRO designed for a tablet?

Yes. The order and measurement forms are built for touch: large targets, a keypad with fraction keys, and Auto Advance to open the next field as you choose. MTMPRO also works on a desktop computer and on a phone.

How do orders reach my manufacturers?

Each manufacturer gets them the way it wants. By email, with the order attached as a PDF (with photos of the customer, the fabric and the style) or as an Excel sheet (without photos). Or in the MTMPRO manufacturer portal, for manufacturers who work in it; they can then update statuses, ship dates and tracking numbers themselves.

Can I change what the finished order looks like?

Yes. The finished order follows the forms you build in the form builder: the fields you add, the sections and the order they come in. A field can hide on the finished order when it is empty, or show only when Form Logic says so. See the guides to Form Logic and Item Logic.

Can someone review an order before it is submitted?

Yes, on the Premier and Scale plans. Mark an order for review and your reviewers are notified in MTMPRO; they can check and correct it in Review and Lock before it goes. More on the Workflow page.

Does a reorder use the customer's latest measurements?

Yes. Reorder copies a garment from the customer's order history and brings in their latest measurements, so a change made at the last fitting carries into the new order.

Which plans include Replicate and Item Logic?

The Premier and Scale plans. Everything else on this page, from the keypad and Garment Shortcuts to Form Logic and the manufacturer portal, is on every plan. See pricing.
