Pitti Uomo is a premier international platform for men’s clothing and accessories, held biannually in Florence, Italy. The 107th edition, which took place from January 14 to 17, 2025, at the Fortezza da Basso, featured approximately 790 brands, with 45% representing international labels. The event attracted nearly 13,300 buyers, including 5,000 from overseas, totaling around 20,000 visitors. Highlights included guest designers such as MM6 Maison Margiela and Satoshi Kuwata’s SETCHU, who showcased exclusive collections. The next edition is scheduled for June 17 to 20, 2025.

The Designer Forum New York (DFNY) is organized by the Custom Tailors & Designers Association (CTDA). The tradeshow is hosted at the Luxury Collection Hotel in Midtown (formerly the Conrad). DFNY caters to made-to-measure and bespoke mens and womens apparel buyers from the United States and Canada. The show features a boutique hotel-style showroom format creating a more intimate and informal atmosphere. Many industry regulars have been at the CTDA tradeshow for decades. The CTDA is also know for it’s mentorship, keynote speaking events, and classes, making it an attractive show for both established brands and entrepreneurial startups.

CHIC (China International Fashion Fair) is one of Asia’s largest fashion trade shows, with over 1,175 exhibitors and more than 165,000 attendees at its Spring 2025 edition. The show includes a range of categories relevant to made-to-measure retailers, such as the CHIC-TAILORING section, which has previously featured over 70 bespoke manufacturers. In addition to MTM suppliers, CHIC also includes numerous exhibitors offering suit textiles and garment accessories. For custom tailoring businesses, the show offers a broad view of sourcing options across manufacturing, fabric, and fashion technology within the Chinese and broader Asian market.

Dallas, TX, USA
The Dallas Men’s Show leans more toward casual, sportswear, and contemporary styles, with MTM being a smaller niche compared to other shows. While some exhibitors offer MTM, the focus remains on ready-to-wear brands, attracting a more regional audience from the South and Midwest. Additionally, MTM in Dallas often caters to custom western wear and luxury casual clothing rather than traditional business attire. For regional players, the Dallas show may be a good experience, but for luxury retail MTM buyers looking to deepen their industry relationships, a trip to DFNY or Chicago Collective may be a better use of resources. A new tradeshow in the United States, in Atlanta, created by Trands Ltd., this tradeshow quickly picked up recognition due to it’s outstanding attendance by most of the premier fabric suppliers in the industry. And even though hosted by Trands, the tradeshow boasts a broad and inclusive list of exhibitors including other MTM manufacturers.
As a startup tradeshow event in the MTM industry, information on the website is limited. But we know it is held at the Embassy Suites in Atlanta, Buckhead.
In addition to a kickoff party hosted by Gladson Ltd. The Custom Show anticipates hosting a day of educational focused events, but information regarding educational opportunities is still limited.

Established in 1993, the show has grown from an initial trio of brands to over 114 exhibitors, offering a diverse range of men’s apparel and accessories. Prospective attendees interested in MTM services are advised to review the list of exhibitors and their product offerings on the official website to identify brands specializing in custom or made-to-measure clothing.
MTM presence at the show has dwindled in recent years, with most exhibitors showcasing luxury accessories and ready to wear products. Also known popularly as the “Park Lane” show (from the Hotel’s previous name). Now at the Park Central Hotel.
